Store Credit Policy
We have a 14-day store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request store credit.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a request, contact us at skinbysota@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting store credit will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Opened items are not eligible for store credit. We cannot accept requests on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Store Credit Once we've received and inspected your item, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days and can be applied to any future purchase at skin by sota.
