Cancelation Policies
When booking your service, you give authorization for skin by sota to charge your credit card 100% of the original booking service(s) if canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before your appointment
No shows will be charged 100% original booking service(s) and will remove you from booking future appointments
There is a 10m grace period after which 100% of the original booking service(s) will be charged and your appointment may be canceled. If able to accommodate, the service(s) will be shortened but still charged for the full original booking service(s)
Failure to collect payment when processing a cancelation, rescheduling or no show fee will be noted and an invoice of charges due will be emailed to you
This must be paid before being able book your next appointment
Charges for missed and adjusted appointments will not be applied to future services
